The Morningstar GFPD-150V provides code-compliant ground fault detection and circuit interruption for off-grid and grid-tied solar power systems. Designed to meet US National Electrical Code (NEC) 690.5 safety standards, the GFPD-150V senses current imbalances starting at 300 mA and breaks both positive and negative array conductors. This complete 2-pole isolation stops fault currents while keeping battery bank and DC load circuits safely bonded to earth ground.
